“A great experience”
We had a great experience purchasing our home with Megan! Megan understood quickly what we were looking for and helped us find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood. We were moving from WA state and she and her team were very helpful in the transition, keeping us on track with timing and helping with any details we needed assistance with from afar. She, her team, and our title company came together to facilitate a dual closing on the same day for us – quite the challenge! We would absolutely use her again!

Megan is by far the best Real Estate Agent we’ve worked with. We’ve bought 3 homes and sold 2 homes in the last 15 years and Megan is as professional as they come. She is an expert in the greater Portland area and she is an expert in the job profession itself.
I come form a Real Estate family where I am daughter to a Real Estate Agent in another state (My Father has been one for over 50 years) and I have worked in the field as an office asst for years as well. Let me tell you she exceeded all expectations I had as well as my husband’s. My Father was also VERY impressed with her work.

Megan is a ROCKSTAR! Absolutely the best Ive ever worked with. She was a quick responder very courteous and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. The entire process from going in to see her for our initial appointment to move in what about 3 months. It was very fast! She gave great advice walked us though the process and was there to answer any questions we had along the way! She even followed up with us on a few instances after move in to see how things were going and to see if we had any other questions. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this lady! “Amazing during every step”
Megan helped us get into our first home. She walked us through the steps of the home buying process, connected us with professionals who we would also recommend (home inspector, mortgage broker, sewer guy, etc.), and was amazing during every step of the process. She gave us tools to help us find homes that matched our wants. We could always get in touch with her if we had questions about a home or wanted to put in an offer. Plus, she has a great personality so walking through houses was always fun.

Megan helped me sell my condo and the experience could not have been better. She immediately did her research and came up with comps in my neighborhood that helped us to price my condo at a number that would sell and that I was comfortable with. She implemented a marketing strategy that included professional photography that was very instrumental in selling the property.
The response was immediate and I had multiple full price offers with in the first 3 days of the listing going live. Her professional service didn’t stop after the sale. She guided me through the inspection, closing and the final move.
I could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail. I would recommend Megan highly to anybody looking to buy or sell a home.
